Why is my handicap not updating?
Handicaps are revised every night at midnight and are calculated from the lowest 8 Score Differential values in your last 20 scores, not your scoring average.
Is the adjusted gross score calculated automatically?
Short answer, yes! Upload hole by hole and it's calculated for you from your Course Handicap™.
How does the Scorecard Picture Service work?
Take a picture of your paper scorecard in the app, upload it, and our team transcribes it to your account. Free members get 3 uploads to try it; Pro is unlimited.
Can you transfer my scores to TheGrint?
Yes. Use the import tool on the website (20 imports free, unlimited with Pro). Pro members can also send us their scores and we'll do it for them.
